Cancellation Policy

Vision to Venture Consulting Group (VTV) Booking & Cancellation Policy By scheduling a consultation, assessment, coaching session, or consulting service with Vision to Venture Consulting Group (VTV), you acknowledge and agree to the following: Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Services will not be rendered without payment confirmation. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to forfeiture of the appointment and payment. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and require a new booking and payment to schedule another appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to preserve scheduling commitments. Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show at the consultant's discretion. We do not guarantee business success, funding approval, profitability, licensing approvals, government approvals, or specific business outcomes. Professional Services Disclaimer Vision to Venture Consulting Group (VTV) does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advisory services. Clients should consult licensed professionals regarding matters requiring legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Recording & Confidentiality Consultations are confidential. Recording of sessions by either party requires prior consent. Any materials, templates, guides, strategies, or proprietary content provided by VTV remain the intellectual property of Vision to Venture Consulting Group unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreement By scheduling and paying for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
